UPDATE: It's been several years since my original review so I wanted to update.  I'm so pleased with the service I get from our Extreme Maids team!  They really go above and beyond and always exceed my expectations.  We went from using them sporadically to signing up for regular service and I couldn't be happier.  There aren't enough hours in the day for me to keep up with everything myself, so their help is absolutely invaluable. Original review:  I've used Extreme Maids several times now and have always been very pleased with their service.  Each team of maids has been friendly and thorough. They do offer customers a coupon for leaving a review, but it isn't contingent on leaving a "5 star" review.  I wouldn't leave any company a good review just to get a coupon...  but they deserve my 5 stars! I don't have anything to complain about. This is the first time I've left the house during my cleaning.  There's just something that feels weird about strangers being the house alone, lol, but I felt so comfortable with the maids that I didn't think twice about leaving them and taking my son out for a birthday breakfast.  :) We usually book their service twice a year for a deep clean, and then also before parties. Extreme Maids really do stand by what they say.  They will come and work until the job is done.  The lady they sent me was very kind and she worked so hard to get my house clean.  After dealing with health issues and always being the one to be the helper, I had to suck up my pride and admit I needed help.  Extreme Maids made me feel okay asking for help. I’ve been so pleased with Marianny. She’s become a family member at this point. Incredibly detailed, warm, kind and punctual. I’m so thankful to have found Extreme Maids. We’ve been a customer now for 2+ years and I love their online system/customer service. Whenever I need to add an item (for example oven cleaning) or reschedule, they’re so helpful.
